Advance Reprographics FTP site

Below are instructions for logging onto our FTP.

1. Open Internet Explorer and in the address bar type in ftp.advance-repro.com and click go or just hit enter.

2. A security window will open asking for user name and password. Please type in “client” for the user name and “advance” for the password, then click login.

3. If you don’t see folders, please click on the “View” pull down menu and select “Open FTP Site in Window Explorer”. You will now see folders.

4. Please re-enter the user name and password.

5. Now you are in the Incoming folder and there will be many company folders listed. Please select the correct folder and enter into that folder. This is where the transferred files should be placed.

6. Copy and paste or drag and drop your files into this folder and wait for the uploading process to begin. Depending on how many files and the size of each file will determine the upload time.

7. Once all of the files have uploaded completely, please contact Advance Reprographics to let them know the upload is finished and in which folder the files have been placed.

8. Advance Reprographics can’t monitor the FTP site and will not know if files have been placed on the site without a phone call or e-mail instructing them of the location.

9. Finally, after a phone call or e-mail has been placed, simply close out Internet Explorer to log off.

If your specific company folder doesn’t exist in the list of company folders, please contact the project manager to determine where your files should be placed on the FTP site. If you experience any problems uploading files please don’t hesitate to call us.
